Got a Nintendo Wii last night. I don't really rate Nintendo anymore, the SNES was superb but the N64 and the Cube didn't really cut the mustard with me.
However I am a keen gamer so I ordered one anyways when it was announced and I got the phone call last night to go and get it. I unpacked it and I have to say its immense.
The new controller system is absolutely superb and it is a major step forward in the gaming world. I only have 2 games the Sports disc and Zelda but it is so eye opening the technology involved. I played the boxing last night and it was just like having a boxing fight in real life apart from you dont feel the pain. I was gonna chuck it on ebay like me XBOX 360 but this is a quality system. Me and the lads played it for hours last night and it was quality and fun. Can't wait to get in tonight and it will be class when your all pissed!
Get a Wii you will be amazed.

No mate, although the bowling was getting pretty close last night!!
Also all this "kids get fat because they sit in front of a computer all day" is a thing of the past, after going three rounds last night I was fecking knackered, the sweat was pi$$in off me!!

The tennis, golf etc. How good is the controller at doing what you want it to do?
? Must admit, it looks good, but I was curious about the accuracy of the on-screen actions. How the hell does it work?
