They were last seen in Hong Kong by all accounts, and the bank say they have recovered all but 3.8 million dollars of the money, but that last portion is proving "stubbornly difficult to locate " . They are working with the Chinese authorites as well, but as it appears that the Chinese don't give a flying feck, and that the two people who did it live in a region where there are about 784 million people called Ching, the chances of apprehending them appear ever more remote.
I only post it up as a couple of people have asked me about it.
In other news, in the big NZ retrial of the last 50 years, a bloke called David Bain was found not guilty of killing his family brutally with a shotgun after serving fourteen years for the crime. The case was exceptional mainly in the plainly obvious fact that he did do it, blatantly. He is the New Zealand version of OJ Simpson, only white, with bigger ears.
I could be the forums New Zealand correspondant from now on. I think I'll "self appoint" myself it infact.
