I don't feel sad or anything but it is a bit of a shock I mean it IS Michael Jackson.  He was the creator of 'pop' or whatever you want to call it.  Creator inventor and not only did he make it what it is now, he is by far the best ever at it there isn't many people you can say that about.

Well history will state he was proven innocent.

Besides out of court settlements are common place when you cannot afford to fight your case legally. Ask the banks why they settled so many bank charges cases, they'll tell you - cost.
