what are the experiences of meeting your bird's parents?

sat eating a meal at her parents, met them for the first time, finished meal and slid my dining chair back....

.... into the welsh dresser, CRASH! down came the plates! :laugh:

Doesnt beat the one when I met my ex's mum. We'd gone back to her parents house and we had the house to ourselves. I was nailing her over the kitchen work top when in walked her mother... with her gran too! lol. Bless her gran though, she said 'think we better wait outside until they've finished' and they both walked out! :laugh:

Met a birds parents a few years ago. They couldn't understand my accent. Was too Scouse for them. Lip reading was the way forward.

They weren't from round 'ere you see...
