Oh and on the subject of the CL draw I am possitve the wopdongs that joined the forum where the last thing on the MODS minds when the draw was made.
I came on here to post after the draw and didnt expect it either.
So they are not mindreaders just normal blokes like myself

so whats the outcome?   


1. the mods don't have time to cover the forum 24 hours a day,
2. it would be wrong for them to have set times for each mod.
3. there are times when a mod is needed but there are none online,
4. there are occasions where we get invaded and there are no mods online
5.this causes friction sometimes
6. increasing the number of mods will still not guarantee full coverage



so the thread was about lockdowns, good idea or not? i think yes at certain times   

I agree.

My suggestion was not to bring in a lockdown after every match/signing. So the Atletico fans and the Villa fans for example would still be able to sign up and post.

BUT

When we know there are going to be WUM's (i.e. after the derby or game against the mancs), touts (before finals) and 'wopdongs' after a draw and let's face it we knew this would happen as soon as we drew Besiktas then it's so so so simple.
