Probably no truth at all, im not that  well educated so i wouldnt really have a clue.
I think i just go and call AB a c..ksucker for a while for trying a new rumour thread to prove how smart i really am

i have to agree that things have been spiralling out of control recently. hell a few weeks back i was the only mod on here trying to sort out stu the red when he posted 25 identical spamming threads in a "protest" at the state of the forum.

hopefully, the start of our competitive season can get this place back on track again.

I know im cynic but i really think you are kidding yourself if you think the standard of this forum will magically improve once the season starts.

The place is inudated with new posters since CL win all trying to make themselves heard , it will take months before it sorts itself out. And if we get a few bad results or a new star player doesnt settle in straight away.......well i dont think i need to draw you a picture

i don't think it will magically improve overnight, but over the course of the season, i think we could well see an improvement. about a year ago, the standard of the football forum on this forum was excellent. ok, we had a lot to talk about. houllier got sacked. there was a lot of talk about the new manager, new players and the new stadium.

unfortunately, like you say, winning the champions league had both a positive and negative effect on this place for a while. on the night of the final, we had more than 700 people online at the same time. can you inagine trying to moderate that? once we had come back off cloud nine, it turned out that there was little to talk about this summer apart from speculation. it led to new people coming on here and starting a pointless new rumour just to let everybody know that they supported the european champions.

i was not online that night, i was in istanbul cheering the lads on. but i guess for those at home it was just as cool.

mr beck of TNS made a comment that he didnt like some of the players just picking up wages every week. thats one of the reasons why i think we should sell kewell.....he's total garbage
