Terp is the nickname of the mascot of the sports teams at the University of Maryland, College Park, specifically the diamondback terrapin. The slang word for Terrapin adopted by the students of the University of Maryland is "Terp". The official mascot of the University of Maryland is Testudo the terrapin turtle. The university also publishes TERP magazine.

congrats joe on your graduation

my commencment is on july 12 and then I'm off to find me a job!! I tried to find some training in London, but they wouldn't give me a work permit unless I go directly to Masters and apply for a student visa (Im not in a hurry). Basically Im trying to find jobs in Dubai now.

Marketing eh? I'm getting a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance.

Anyways mate, goodluck on your job search, the b@stards havn't replied yet (the ones I applied to).

As you may already know, during the summer months we regularly offer temporary positions to those from disadvantaged backgrounds in an attempt to alleviate the poverty many must endure.

Unfortunately, on this occasion, our burger preparation stations at McDonalds are filled to capacity.
