I work as an IT, and some of the things that appear in this show made me laugh a lot. If only I had an answering machine like the one they have to answer the bloody problems, it's always the same.

I laughed a lot with this show, just have seen one chapter as of yet.

They're just optimizing the resources. Users will use the phone to ask the most dumb, ridiculous and obvious things! if only I had an asnwering machine like that!

IT work is like a firefighter, you can live relatively well when there's not trouble, but when all the computer fail it's a nightmare. My work is not only as an IT, I have to design and maintein a webpage too, but still, the classic "have you turned it on" is a classic around here.

I'm a lazy , ok, if they paid me more, I'd work more.
