hello guys and gals of the forum

ive not been here for a while. ive missed the bad news about phil, i'm gutted, cant believe it.

anyway, just like to say ive been off work for a while, and i'd like to thank all those who sent pm's asking about me  :)

i hope you lot are all good and that things are ok in your lives

Why don't you visit the welsh wizards wonderful world of W*nk thread, that always cheers me up.

either that or you and lando can argue about who is gayer. :p

I did have some BBQ sauce when I visited McDonald's earlier this evening.

Who knows what they put in that.
