Ben, Ace Ventura, I had never a harsh discussion with you since 2004 so do not think I'm joining any war here.

If what you say in the last line was true, I would have left the forum let alone strike, a long time ago.

The mods are not perfect and I've had even different views about how to moderate the site with them, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't ban anyone for voicing their opinions.

The mods are less pro Rafa than me, all of them. Do you think that as a one of the staunchiest pro Rafa guys, I want the views of Bigmick out of the forum?? if anything, what brings fun to the posting experience is to disagree people. I've disagreed a lot with Bigmick, sometimes too much, but I've learned a lot out of him too. I would never want him out even if I'm pro Rafa. And I'm 100% sure the mods wouldn't want that kind of positions out neither.

It's fair to say their contribution is very important, it's fair to say you want them back posting, but saying they were banned because airing football opinions is calling supersub a liar, because he has repeteadly said it's not the case. So if you say that, could you point me out for what post they were banned?

Lando has been banned too, and it's not because his football views. Same as Number 9, same as others. I don't think the people are banned for football opinions. I do think that some of the stuff that happen around here happen in PM. The people I don't like here isn't for something they ever posted in public, for instance, but for personal messages that were not pleasant between them and me (1). I think something similar could have happened in this case, but without knowing what happened (and I don't want to know private conversations) I can't say anything.



(1) For instance Babu, I remember a harsh interchange of opinions between him and me some years ago. I wasn't nice with him. With time I realised I misunderstood him big time and he was more than a decent guy. But nothing of that "clash" had something to do with something he ever posted. All that happened when you are a moderator, you see increased your PM 200 times.

sabre i cant comment about alleged pm's because i havent seen them.
But i have seen with my own eyes posts where a moderator has called saint things and then when he has responded he got banned.
Dont compare lando and mick mate.
Micks views might not be agreed with but he doesnt have to verbally and an a ridiculously immature way jump on opposing peoples views.
I stand by my opinion that the two of them were banned mostly for been irritatingly right in there assesment of our massively underachieving manager.

Many slaps have been administered to 'others' who fall into a different category than just the 'regulars' - WUM's/Gatecrashers/Alters and the like. Mostly the sin-bin deals with those who are part of the scenery.

Think about it.

And what if it IS 'only' 20-30 entries....    Point being?

Like i said, think about it. There are MANY occasions when there have been infiltrators from opposing teams. As one example...

Half of these blerts aren't even remotely worthy of mention.
There is also absolutely nothing to hide.

Red, I'm not having a go, it's just alot of people are starting to see that basically if a mod don't like you and he's in a bad mood, he'll just card you.

It's helped me, I'm sure I've done alot of cardable things before finally gettnig one from you for incetement.. whch is bizarre as no one else who was joining in was up for it
