Hi guys hope I have been missed in my long abstinence! I have not being able to post for quite some time, as I encountered some thughworting of my right calf in training and hence propagating to this, required intensive surgery to maintain composure in my leg. It was my first big surgery ever and to be honest, I felt quite foulgandered and it was actually quite scary.
I look forward to contributing some good input once again
I have missed this welcoming community!!
