I've got a friend that is going to adopt a little girl from China. the burocracy seems endless, and she's asked me to translate this to English. I did my best, but I'd want you to check out the grammar and tell me if you got the message and if it's the case, correct the grammar.

I need that you sent me the complete name and surnames of Geeta, exactly as they're written in her passport. I'd need it this week so that I can go to the Government Office to make a pre-registration and avoid problems when I have to sign her up in the Register later on.

Plus the names and surnames of Geeta will be required also by the flight Company, due to the incident I suffered in my first trip and that I explained you in my previous message.

I'd like to ask you to tell me how's Geeta if you're so kind, Ana, Bimala's mother sent me a photograph already and I reckon She's improved a lot, I'd love to know wether if she's still ok.
