I will go to Liverpool again the next 19-March, but I have to come back the Friday on morning...  :(  My hotel is near Albert Dock and...

I like to know if it´s possible see a training of Liverpool FC. And... Where are they trainning? What days and hours? How I can go there?

And about pubs near the Albert Dock, I know Flanaggan´s Apple, in Mathew St. I like to know others irish´s taverns with live music.

Thanks!!  :)

:D

Melwood is Liverpool's Lezama. It's a very modern facility and you have more info here, it's location too.

http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/team/melwood/

Note that sometimes it's not used only by Liverpool players, a couple of weeks ago Xabi Alonso's brother  Mikel was treated of his knee in the treatment services of Liverpool because his brother said we wouldn't get a better treatment in all Spain.

English clubs have done a good job fan wise and they actually have a plan for this visits, have a specific room to meet the players for autographs etc.

I'm an ooter though, some of the mates around here will give you much more valuable and first hand info.

BTW, nice blog the one you have, it's nice to see you pick my city to talk about it's beauty in english :)

Get the number 12 or 13 bus to stockbridge village, the bus station is opposite the albert dock. That will take you to Melwood which is Liverpools training ground marie.

As for the bar's ,there's loads of them in the centre of town that play live music , just follow the noise. :D
