Just wondered if any of you play this online game - Counter Strike.
This game is serious and i have been addicted for months now, just cant get enough, as I am a 'newbie' to the game (some people i gather been playing for years) EVERY kill i get is SO satisfying.
If you are not aware of what this game is - basically you join one of two teams, Terrorists or Counter-Terrorists and the aim of each game depends on what map you are playing:
-Some maps need Terrorsists to plant a bomb, and CT's to stop them
-Some require the rescuing of hostages (I prefer this one i think, trying to creep around and find the hossies and then escort them back to base under fire!!)
Everything about this game is class, the guns (shotguns, SMG's and rifls to name a few) and equipment (smoke/flash grenades and normal grenades too), there is blood that makes it look realistic too.
One of the good things also is that once you die, you dont restart until the round ends (either by saving hossies, detonating/defusing bomb or everyone is killed), so it makes you THINK about what you are doing, as Kamikaze style WILL GET YOU NOWHERE (believe me i have tried it
).Also i have to say this game has given me a real appreciation of what it must be like in the army, and that stealth and teamwork are key.
Anyway, just wanted to know if any of you have played it and what you think of it, what maps you like, what are your fav guns to buy etc;
If you havent played this game, I would most definetly reccommend it to all....Class game trust me!!!
