....or the great big bus, or the naughty man with the 10inch blade in the darkest of Alleyways (shiver) or the rising tide, seventy yards high....you could go on and on (and you do) and on again mate.

I have had personal experience of the paranormal...so perhaps people need to see for themselves before they will accept it.
So I believe in spirits and a spirit world....
the Bible describes it as 'the world of the dead'...and this is enough 'evidence' for me...'though you may not believe this.

The disciples once mistook Jesus for a spirit..and He said 'they don't have flesh and bone like I have', can't remember the quote...So He was saying ' yeah, there are spirits'.
The Bible says there is life after death and this is what I believe....but to also have had personal experience of the spirits or 'ghosts' still on this earth is overwhelming enough for me....

I can understand the idea of not believing in the paranormal entirely, because of the idea that evidence must be provided in order to believe something. The accounts of people who say they have experienced the paranormal are nothing more than unsubstantiated stories. There are those who will convince themselves of the paranormal without sufficient evience for example, down to a number of reasons such as; the idea that there must be spirits based upon the idea that a soul does not die and hangs around on earth. It cannot be proven either way, I would however choose to believe the empirical evidence of which there is none.

Religion almost certainly predisposes those to the idea of the paranormal. It's a difference of belief, people choose to believe religion, and people choose not to based on the evidence, similar to above. If a few ancient scriptures told me that I was going to turn into the Hulk after death I may believe it.  :D

why not? maybe we as a soul we know when we are gonna die, who we are gonna be, etc but in our human forms we cannot remember the details of the conversation we had with Him.

mayb each of us is guided by a sacred contract that our soul made before we were born - contains a wide range of agreements regarding all that we are intended to learn in this life which comprises not merely what kind of work we do but also our key relationships with the people who are to help us learn the lessons we have agreed to work on.

A contract requires two parties, if one does not believe in the other party then the contract does not exist.

If you choose not to believe then there never was a contract!
