7 inches overfilled? thats a fair bit. look, i read the story, and theres more to it, the councils are not as evil as people say. its common sense. he probably did it all the fricking time. hes saying hes all innocent when you blatantly know he isnt and he probably fillde the wrong bin with the wrong stuff. or its all a publicity stunt by the councils to stop people from over filling there bins

Almost a £140 quid for a tv license ! wtf is that all about ? . The money goes to the BBC , FFS ! watch no more than an hour of their sh'it in any given week ! Why don't they f'uck off and support themselves like everybody else, parasitic b'stards.

id happily get rid of all bbc channels if i could to not pay the licence, but its mandatory, fecking illegal making us HAVE to pay for channels we might not even want!!!

lol, trust me im nothing like the missus, im a bookie, but whenever ive had a problem i talk to the council and they are actually pretty reasonable people from what i know. helped me with payments and all that.

what happened to him sucked, he should never have got a criminal record, but there IS more to it. when my bin was over fileld they told me 'your bins overfileld, we wont take it' so i sorted it out. this guy is either THE unluckiest person in the history of council problems, or he filled his bin with ranciod meat, wood, branches and loads of cr@p all the time

It's a f'ucking disgrace, don't know how many people afford a license, having said that chances are there's more without licences than those with. I went years and years without one, until one year some cun't knocks on the door and asks to see my tv license , I told him I didn't have a tv, the cheeky t'wat asked if he could come in and check !   I said  "Are you taking the p'iss , f'uck off before I put my boots on !" he did a runner but a few days later I got a warning , the old detector van had sussed my telly and they'd drag me to court if I didn't  get a license !

And once your in the system they f'uckin' hound you every single year.

Sometimes I REALLY hate this country.

Thing is Dawson I ain't got a problem with councils or local authorities per se but this bloke has now got a criminal record for overfilling his bin by 7 inches.  He gets his bins emptied every 2 weeks - the bin men wont even pick up a bag at the side of a wheelie bin, people are being put on a "bin curfew".... where's the common sense mate?

How the fck has this country got into this state of affairs - a woman gets fined more for not having a tv license than a man driving a car with no license, no insurance and no road tax. A man who puts too much rubbish in his wheelie bin is fined more than the previous two...

How can we whinge at the bbc for showing such delights as dawn gets naked, freaky eaters, spendaholics, dog borstal (otherwise known as eastenders), sex with mum and dad (ewww), amy my body for bucks, sonya and her cabbage diet its pure unadulterated....garbage yeah ya right, and when all else fails they just show endless repeats usually of 2 pints of lager or my family to tie in with there fantastic new iplayer service where if you have missed all 6 repeats of shows on tv you can watch them again online ! I want my money back....

I don't post often here, because I'm not english, and I'm of the school of thought that English have to solve their own problems -- despite that doesn't make me not posting about Liverpool, that's the exception of the rule
I see we have some problems in common, others we haven't.

But today your country has been given quite relevance in the Spanish TV because you have agreed not to use any more a kind of bomb that has done a lot of harm to civilians, I don't know the exact translation. Well in for UK, it's important that relevant countries like yours set examples like this.

Sick of the government bleeding everyone out of their cash. Tax Tax F**king Tax. Tax for this tax for F**king that.

They have people that dream up F**king like:

If you put to much rubbish in your dustbins- you'll get fined,
If you put the wrong type of rubbish in your bins- you'll get fined. Bin this, Bin that. F**king Mwanck sh1t3s.

CCTV cameras here there and everywhere.  The amount of cameras I've spotted that are implemented only to catch motorist out is unbelievable.

The price of fuel is outrageous.  What' driving the price of fuel up? is it the Bilderbergs?  I can see no reason why it should be this high.

Having to pay the F**king TV F**king Licence also gets up my goat.

Why are the people being treated like sh1t3?  People work damn hard (ok not all but most) and the government and it's crony councils etc bleed everyone out of their cash from every nook and cranny it can think off. 

What do they really want our cash for, what the F**k are they up to? certainly not to put the money towards improving transport or roads etc.  B@rst@ds.

I could say much much more but will leave it at that for now.

You know what- I don't see people putting up with all this rubbish for much longer.  Can you feel the tension in the air mounting?
