Sorry Leon Ive only just seen this

Alright mate some good and bad news

Venue is provisionally booked but with conditions courtesy of the police and owner

Its an underground club up to 130 people but two bouncers required but should still be the same price.  No mingling upstairs as the risk of west ham fans and liverpool fans in same place.  Buses can drop you off and be back there to pick you up if your going back straight away. Police are very strict down here about football but historically there has never been trouble on FA Cup day.

Have a think due to restrictions of being undergroundish but no money etc required sort it out on the day Ive given the owner my word.

Sent you a pm today as it goes any problems then call.

But with the club you basically have the run of the place and choose your own music and you can have a reasonably uninterrupted drink before game.

Bouncers are per hour so e.g. you larrive 11.00 leave at 2.30 for game its basically four hours each, changes if you go after game  but as long as costs covered you do want you want re tickets etc.  The guy advises you stand by dooe for a while getting people in.

But place is provisionally booked if you want it.  Oh and directly opposite the stadium

Its the Riverbank Hotel in Cardiff

The club is called Tafod (welsh for tongue)

The manager is Rhys and he knows all about you and the day etc.

Please remember it is underground and exclusive to Liverpool fans only.  The OB and manager were strict that no West Ham or Cardiff fans are allowed there at all. Especially not Cardiff

Taff, whats the score on money, do you need some now or on the day or what, also how much will it cost  ? ?

On the day is fine with me
Doormen are £10 per hour and you need two so e.g. If you have it in the morning only for three hours then its £60 say 11.30 to 2.30

Goes up if yu have more time there.  like after the game etc but I can negotiate that
