Belfast - like Barry  :D

We were in Wogans on a Saturday afternoon. It was like a ghost town - eerie. The exchange rate seems to be hammering shops in border towns in the South.

I think the best solution for all involved is to drop a nuke on Dundalk (the town). :D

Anyone watching these protests on Sky? It's mostly a just a big rave, people dancing about. There was one scene though at the BOE where one police got smacked in the face with some long pole.
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

The military has just been given their annual pay rise and its 2.8 % - that seems good compared to other private companies but nothing compared to the civil servants who got 6 %

Because this country is governed by the Parliament of the United Kingdom. Therefore any home national can become prime minister.

Westminster still govern Scotland. The Scottish parliament act only gave Scotland powers over things like civil matters. Any national interests like military, natioanl security,  economy, energy, etc are controlled by Westminster
