The speed and power of those tsunami waves is mind boggling. The Red Cross are warning that the predicted height of tsunami waves across the pacific will be higher than some of the Islands there. What the hell are you meant to do in that situation? I hope that these places all have contingency plans for this sort of thing or this is going to be horrifying.

Thoughts go to each and everyone affected, both out there and people that have friends/relatives out there.

The Weather Channel, here is showing Hawaii is about to get hit very hard.  Also very concerned for the Mexican through the entire west coast of Central and South America.

All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

just court the last fews seconds of the news this morning and just heard the word "earth quake". Got home just now from work, switched onto the news and got a shock to hear that the magitude was 8.9 and there was a tsunami.

Thoughst go out to the people there in Japan, US and other places that its affected.

Seen some of the pictures and videos on the news, F**k, that is big time scary.

I was only saying to the missus the other day that I felt something might happen like that because I was reading a story about the moon being close to the earth in the month of March and I know it can effected the world seas, usually the southern hemisphere oceans.

My thoughts are with all effected, We've had New Zealand and now Japan in the matter of weeks, it makes you wonder if there is more to follow.
