I watched it with the mrs and fell asleep before he did the seat thingy glad I did mrs said it didn't work on her and she ain't had Jedi training like me.

I did start to feel me legs go numb but i could get up fine, but me brother said that his back was completely numb and he couldnt move, looked like he was constipated while he tried to get up... it was genuine, made me laught and not be skeptical about derren

but wasting an hour of our time telling lies about it is just pointless.

it is basic mathamatics.

the average of a bunch of random numbers is still a random numberk. It doesn't change the odds.

the story he told at the start about guessing the weight of the cow is plausible, because you are not guessing a random number , the people were looking at the cow and taking an estimate, nobody said the cow weighed 10 lbs or 100 stone.

that is the difference. He deliberately said that he told them the draw had already been made and claimed that it was to take the greed out of their mind. However, the truth is that he said this to stop groups of people trying to do it to next weeks lottery and finding out it doesn't work.

the programme providing the explanation is a lie. A basic understanding of probablilities in maths proves this 100%. It is a fact that he lied when claiming to show us how he did it.

His whole show is about misdirection and misleading people thought. He openly admits he uses these techniques, he also admits that he lies about which he is using (eg saying it's AWP when it's really hypnotism).

If it had been billed as an hour long special on "how to fool gullible numpties" would there still be the moaning?

The programme lasted an hour. It was obvious he would do the reveal at the end. It'd be a terrible programme if the show consisted of:

"hello and welcome to the show where I reveal how I predicted the lottery. It was split screen. Now will you please watch for the remaining 59 minutes 50 seconds?"

He's an entertainer. He will NEVER fully reveal his methods or it will destroy his act. I think because he's open about techniques he uses people assume they'll be told the truth. You won't. That's all part of the trickery.
