I've had 45 goes at it but there's clearly something wrong with my version. The crossbar is fairly obviously not made out of solid material, probably a beam of laser light which is being shined between two points. As such, although I keep hitting it flush the ball just keeps on passing through. Plainly it is a ridiculous game, and after I have confirmed my suspicions wiht another 60 attempts, I'm not going to waste any more time on it.

GET IN THERE EMILIANO INSUA YOU LITTLE BEAUTY!!!!!!!!! Closely followed by Carra doing the business. I have a couple of lil' tips for you Jay-Jay if you want to have a go.

1. Don't do as I did and imagine you don't need the instructions. You WON'T be able to work it out by fecking around with the cursor direction things.

2. Have the sound on, when they all laugh that means you were miles off.

3. You don't need to hit it as hard as you think, usally your shots are going over.

4. Accuracy is the name of the game, as well as striking the ball cleany. Don't select Kuyt, the game is quite realistic.

Good luck all, I'm gonna try and get three or four out of fifteen then I'm leaving it. Fecking stupid game.

Thoguht I was onto it then, Pepe bounced it off dead centre first up. Then it lapsed into "laser beam" mode and fecking robbed me about six times after that. Three or four is still the target.

Four out of fifteen. Pepe opened up the scoring, Carra (again), follwed by Riera and late strike from El Zahr. It's really got to the point now where I'm pretty much expecting to get close every time. Exciting eh?

Simply cannot get past 4. I've had it four times now. Curiously, Pepe and carra are easily the best players
