Crisps - You decide

I know there's an existing crisps topic somewhere, dating back to about 1846, but I'm buggered if I can find it so you'll all have to make do with a new one :p

Anyway, in the last few weeks I've discovered the wonder that is Seabrook's Canadian Ham flavour (crinkle-cut) crisps. A veritable feast for the tastebuds, a fiesta of flavour, they truly are nearing crisp nirvana :buttrock

What are your favourite crisps and why?

Oh, and whatever happened to KP cheese & onion :(
