Basically go to www.gabbly.com and type in a website and then you can talk to anyone who is browsing that website.

So say i typed in www.liverpoolfc-newkit.co.uk and someone else did the same we could talk to each other over the site.
Or if you typed in www.bbc.co.uk you could talk to people who are browsing the bbc website. How cool is that
