As an NTL customer, I have to say he's not a million miles away from the truth of their "Customer Service". Mind you, I've never been pushed far enough to consider sending them a moist dump....

that is f*cking brilliant. he should have went with Sky, I aint had dealings with NTL but they are far better than BT, who have screwed me so many times I think im carrying their child
