should i go with the traditional turkey with a gammon joint or play the maverick and plump(hehe geddit) for goose?

Agreed but instead of gammon joint go for a piece of beef and then you can have yorkshires aswell

Beef 'n yorkshires is the future of christmas dinner my friend. Nothing beats some nice thick slices of beef an a big crispy yorkshire or two on christmas day!

We're fed up with doin' the Turkey thing sdo this year our lass is gonna rustle up a Beef Wellington.... she even practised it a couple of weeks back so it all goes well on the day......!!
For pud' we're gonna have a Sticky Toffee Pudding too, nice!!

Were going for the Turkey option this year, we had chicken last year so its good ole dry meat this year !

depends for how many people? id go the goose route myself, great dinner
last year i ordered turkey pizza :D  nothing ever shuts anymore.

if its a load of people and u wanna do the big man thing, then it has to be a massive turkey to carve in front of all
