I'm gonna have to slowly phase back into my normal rhythm over the next couple of days.

I must be getting old.... a couple of years ago I'd have been able to work all night and be strong as a bull the next day... but now, I exert myself a wee bit and I'm feckin knackered!

:no  :D

As Red said - force yourself to stay up until about 11pm, then go to bed. Get up about 8am, sit next to the window (usually helps when it's sunny) and get as much light in your face as possible. Have some breakfast or a drink of coffee.

That should adjust you to the "this is morning" frame of mind, and get you set for the day.

I had a boss sleep Monday night - just finished a 12 hour shift (7am to 7pm) and wasn't due
in work for my first nightshift, 7pm the next day.

So, went to bed at 10.30pm knackered. Woke up at 12.45pm, rolled over and slept til 3.30pm.

17 feckin hours!
