nice pics Judge... was there for a day on a transit about a year ago and i have to say it looked nowhere near as good where i was staying... the hotel was nice but once you got outside it the country was an absolute mess... was when the tamil tigers were causing trouble so i guess things are much better now... anyways glad you had a good time mate .

Nice you enjoyed it, but these animals are dangerous, only two weeks ago a 29 year old woman in a Safari died because the elephant decided to attack. I wouldn't want to see you as the protagonist of one of those articles you post about wild animal attacks :laugh:

Anyhow, once you're safe, I have to admit that's a hell of a photo, nice one

Great pics Judge!!! I will definatley consider Sri Lanka next time but i've already planned my next holiday. I'm going to go to Tonga. You can swim with humpback whales there. Should be boss. :cool:

For your information, I tried to put a couple of pictures but ran into difficulties. I hit the add reply but it came up blank so I edited and put the first thing that came to mind ( how I was feeling). You see Mick it does not have to always be doom 'n gloom.

What a strange thing to try and do. Don't tell me, you've been to Sri Lanka as well and simply wanted to back up his point about how nice it is

As for this "don't worry Mick you will always be special", I have no doubts that will always be the case unfortunately. Extremely odd.
