Cigg when im in Cyprus the ants are like tarantulars , i just buy some spray thingy its actualy supposed to be for cockroaches ,spray it all round the skirtings and they die

some species tuck their bits inside when not in use so they dont get damaged if preyed on by other animals...its a reproductive organ protection thing evolved over billions of years!

anyway cost me like 20 euro but I think Ive got it sussed the little b@stards where all over the boxes from the hardware shop, it said extra enticing on the box  havent seen none for a few hours.

Once I saw ants in India that would make a grown man run! At least they made me run anyway. Ants almost as big as fingers!

The little poison traps that are sold in the supermarket and they look like little bunkers with holes, work for me.

It doesn't work in 4 days, but eventually it works, when they carry the poison to their nest.

Any other traditional war tactics like smashing them won't work.

My local ants also go to the toilet, and I wonder what are they looking for there too, as there is not food.

The ants are incredible, when you kill them and leave the corpse there, wait some minutes and you'll see how a recovery ant brigade comes and recovers the corpse to bring it home. Little clever working bástards.
