Beavis, can you clear up the issue about Mexes taking Auxerre to court about his contract, and does it mean he will be able to move on the cheap?

Well its the first Ive heard about Mexes taking Auxerre to court?
And if he has signed a legal binding contract and he took his club to court he would not stand a chance!

The issue is that he claims he signed a new contract two years ago and under new FIFA rules he is free to discuss a contract with any club, but Auxerre claim the contract is not valid, so their is now a court case.
