My laptop still wont play videos :angry:  I cant help thinking the problem is with Adobe flash player, is there ANY other programme that I can use to stream  youtube,facebook play.com videos etc

Have you tried uninstalling Java and reinstalling it?

If its a computer problem then you would need to install are vid graphics driver. You could get that one the internet..

If its only online that you can't watch vids like youtube etc then yeah best bet is to re-install java or go through your browser settings and select the option that will allow you to view vids.
Its something that you have to enable for it to work..


Some info on how to enable java..

On internet explorer...

1. From the Tools menu, or the Tools drop-down in the upper right, choose Internet Options... .

2. Click the Security tab.

3. Click Custom Level... .

4. Scroll to the "Scripting" section of the list. Click Disable or Enable.

5. Close and restart your browser.

dont work in it but have a bit of experience in rooting with computers.
try vlc media player and update the codecs for your os.xp have an update package and the one im using is called k-lite.
both are free and might solve your issue.
