Here we are again (comes round dead fast!) The 2009 John Smiths GRAND NATIONAL is run next Satdy 4th April 4:15 at Aintree.

All discussion and 'tips' in here if you will. Or if someone wants to set up a basic sweepstake i'll be happy to merge it in with this. Ta.

(almost like a few years ago when i told everyone to back numbersixvalverde It won at 33/1 but half the people backed the number 6 horse!!!)

Lami's well fancied this year dude...nice price too. Id pay special attention to whatever Mccoy rides too, other than that I might just plump for a SNOWY MORNING.

When it comes to Horse Racing I'm with my Dad on this one whose always told me....... "You never see a Bookie on a Bike " ! :D

The National's a dream race for the Bookies.

back parsons legacy 33/1 /  or 40/1 well worth a tickle
lami has no turn of pace sio cant win
mccoy always has a nightmare in the national though butlers cabin will give you a run for ya money
i wouldnt back anything trained by paul nicholls either

all imo o course

Great shout on Parsons, backed that one meself, but i think L'ami does have what it takes.
