Yes, that's right - I joined this forum 1 year ago last Friday!!!!!
I know we've had some bad times, but we've also had some REALLY bad times, so we should be grateful!!!!!
I was here when we won in Istanbul, which will remain forever one of our greatest ever achievements.
I know this sounds really stupid, but I feel like I've made some friends on here, even though I will almost certainly never meet any of you face-to-face.
People such as Judge, DrummerPhil, JMac, Red37 (after a shaky start!!!!!), Ciggy, Peewee, Dalglish, A.B, Stu, Sabre, Mikz, etc, all seem like genuine folks, and people I'd be happy to go and have a pint with.
Then there's the likes of Bigmick, JBG, Woolyback, Dawson, and St Mike etc, who, while happy to have a giggle, are damn fine posters who actually think about what they write.
What I am trying to say is this:
I may never meet you folks, and you may never want to meet me(!), but the fact is; you would all be welcome round my gaff, and I do regard many of you as decent human beings, and dare I say it, even friends.
And no - I'm not gay!!!!!
