I knew he would be sacked, I just didn't think it would have been quite so soon.

i was surprised they gave it to him in the first place tbh and it sums roman completely up. absolutely clueless about football and that expression he usually pouts isnt put on either.
he's a muppet and an even bigger one if he thinks he is going to get guardiola in the summer and im quite surprised rafa has taken that job on a short term deal.
its not roman who is ruining football but more the F.A and Premier league who let him away with this carry on.

It's Roman's club, he can do whatever he wants with it and by in large already has done. I just think this mega rich owners who swan into football clubs and start splashing money around are generally bad for football in terms of competition and ticket prices etc.

Benitez is the nineth manager in the nineth year of his ownership of Chelsea, he's averaging one manager a year. It's ridiculous, the man has sacked Mourinho, Scolari and Ancelotti, managers who have achieved a lot in the game. Still thankfully the fella isn't owner of our club and we have quite a stable set up (at the moment) and long may it continue.

9 in 9 will soon become 10 in 10 and thats a fact  .
the man is a numpty of epic proportions and i agree that thankfully he isnt our owner.
If pep has any sense he will stay well away from them and ive an inkling that he has already told them so. :nod

i don't wish any ill on Rafa, he gave us so much after all, but it shows how far his career has fallen in 2 years.

Rafa of old would have NEVER taken a caretaker role at a club like the Chavs.

It's doomed because:

-The fans hate his guts
-He won't be given time to build a team
-He won't be in control of the club
-The chairman will tell him who will and who wont play
-Pep Guardiola will always br looming

I don't want to sound disrespectful to Pep Guardiola, but the Barcelona team he inherited was a bloody good side, I mean a manager doesn't have to do much when he has such a great squad of players and a fantastic youth set up at his disposal. Chelsea is a different ball game altogether, they haven't got arguably the best player in the world in Messi and none of their midfielders possess the attributes of both Xavi and Iniesta. I think his appointment at Chelsea would be a massive gamble, irrespective of his impeccable record at Barcelona.

I mean I don't know what a manager has to do at Chelsea to keep his job, Mourinho was their most successful manager and he was sacked because he was fed up of Roman's constant interference, the man who won the World Cup was sacked within 6 months and a manager who won two Champions League trophies with AC Milan was sacked after winning a league and cup double, absolutely crazy.

rafa is a decent choice and with the players already there he will do well with them and maybe even win the league this year. he wont take any of romans ***** either and will do it his way.
the plastic fans wont like him but they will warm to him when he starts getting results.
best of luck to the man
if you really think Chelsea will win the league put money on it.

I think they have no chance
