Rafa benitez appreciation thread - Part 2

International Football/Football World Wide - General Discussion

Its amusing, boardering on childish how certain posters have to continue a negative tirade against the former manager. It seems an obsession... how they will rejoice if/when he is sacked... then follow him to teh next club and start again - and they complain the pro Rafa's cant accept he is no longer at LFC? Lads, how can you be so small minded, have you really got nothing better to do in life? Are your lives really so sad? :( :(

I appreciate his thread ben, no matter how little sense it makes, and i appreciate his right to free speech, that has been taken away from other members.

Bizarre Reg  ???

You posted something kicking off about people being obsessive about Rafa failing in the Rafe appreciation thread  ???
Where there were no comments from anyone derogatory about him.

I am very confused.

In the serie a thread most have been just making points about the results and league etc. I cant even see people being overly critical of him in there.

I don't think at all that Reg's post was out of the blue. Most of us have been fairly quiet in here in the last week but the only posts seem to be from those moaning about recent events coming out with silly comments about how they appreciate the colour of the :censored: sky or something.

I appreciate what you mean Bav

(you seriously didn't think we wouldn't take advantage of an 'appreciation' thread.. all within the rules)

mick is banned.

This thread has been renamed and people cant criticise Rafa in it so why did he choose to post that in here ?

If he posted it in the Rafa thread in the LFC area i would have understood it a little bit more.

The thing alot of the likes of yourself dont appear to understand is nobody hates Rafa.
We just dont think the sun shines out of his erse either.
I dont mind if he does well, the only thing that would bother me is if he did well and we really struggled the clamour for him to come back would be hard to take. That being because i dont think he should ever be coming back as a manager to Liverpool regardless of how he does at Inter.

On how he is doing at Inter, while its been a very poor start i am sure that he will do better given time. And i wouldnt think sacking him would be fair or a good idea at all.

I appreciate that Rafa is fat, and Spanish.  But to call him a Fat Spanish Waiter is just silly.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

well they did what the had to do tonight, 1-0 with a good amount of possession and chances but by f*ck they still look really nervy at the back. Twente when they got forward looked dangerous and Danny Landzaat hit the bar with a wonderful 1st time placed shot from 25yds that the keeper kissed goodbye

Great result, hat trick from stankovic, only home to Parma, but he needs a few more like this... great game
