International Football/Football World Wide - General Discussion

Milan were terrible and only gave the clown Beckham a run out when the  game was lost and nothing at stake to please sponsers (says a lot about the modern game)

i despise Manu most but there's something about Chelsea I really hate too (that kunt Terry not being able to take a penalty without falling on his fat :censored: being one).  I enjoy watching Arsenal and have huge respect for Wenger who has spent so little (net of sales)

I think Barca will win it, the Premiership is the weakest in a long time, all the top teams are much worse than prior years. I love watching xavi and iniesta just keep the ball the whole game, showed what a load of W*nk Ronaldo really is  at the highest level (fantastic against mediocrity but that's it)

Glad Chelsea have gone out, now we just need Man U to go out.

one thing i love about watching barca is that they're 3-0 up, and they still break like its 1-0. Really fast, skillful, detirmination to get forward, score more. They dont sit back and protect a lead

And Arsenal, im surrounded by smug Arsenal fans at work all day. If they won it we would never hear the end of it.

utd have a far far easier route to the final compared to arsenal.

Bayern Munich v Inter Milan final

CSKA  my dark horses

Dwight Yorke on SSN ,I thought for a minute  P Diddy had bought Palace .... :D

I think the Mancs would have been best avoiding Bayern ,Robben especially has looked in great form since the 2 Florentina ties ,plus you put Ribery and Schweinsteiger into that equation  to name a few they look a formidable side ,I also think if Bordeaux keep Gourcuff fit then they can be a match for any team ,the Lad is a really special player

I can't see Manure failing to reach the final. I think they are worse than last year though so hopefully Barca will get there too and embaress Manure yet again.

Bit of kidology from van Gaal  ???

Surely to f*ck Bayern aren't going to leave out these who are allegedly doubtful?  I know Schweinsteiger is suspended - but f*ck me (IF Bayern have got big players missing) Might be a bit of mindgames going on - who knows. After all fergies managed to get Rooney and crinkleygob fit

But how lucky do mancs get.   :glare:

Barcelona was just toying with Arsenal before that second goal, yikes that was weird seeing that.

Makes you appreciate Rafa a lot in the CL, he would never let us get played off the park like that.  At home as well, maybe we'd lose anyway but we wouldn't give the effort Arsenal is giving since they went down 1-0.

Arsenal have always bottled the good sides mate, I was pretty confident they'd get done tonight

I wish we played like Barca  :(
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road
