SWANSEA CITY VS LIVERPOOL: Monday 16th Sep SS1 8pm

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby Ben Patrick » Mon Sep 16, 2013 3:03 pm

Swansea play Valencia away Thursday.
I'm hoping this might mean he rests a few players or at least has one eye on that match.
Laudrup will take europe seriously I think with him being a european coach.

I would not mind seeing Moses Start instead of Aspas tonight. Aspas has been shocking last two games.
Line up should be:
                 Mignolet
Wisdom  Toure  Agger  Enrique
     Hendo   Gerrard   Lucas
               Coutinho
         Moses   Sturridge (if fit)

if we play that lot, we will get a 0-2 win tonight.

Get down and Boooooogiiie!!!!

Watched Swansea a couple times this season so far and not really been impressed. Maybe they need time for the new players to bed in, but they are there for the taking IMO. I fancy us to win 2-0/2-1

no worries lad, glad to help out.
it has 4 quality settings and is set to auto by default, if you do experience lagging then adjust to a lower one. you can do that by scrolling down on the pop up player.

Is Agger injured? Sakho is replacing Agger?

@LFC: Confirmed #LFC subs: Jones, Toure, Alberto, Aspas, Sterling, Ibe, Kelly

Looks like Agger is injured

Bought a Day Pass on NOW TV - anyone tried it? 10 quid for a match is a bit steep IMO. Have to say the stream quality is for above that of a  freebie stream though.

Yep, Agger out with a knock is a bit of a blow.

I worry about that defence.  Wisdom is still work in progress and has mistakes in him, plus he's more suited to centre half as he offers zilch going forward.  Sakho and Skrtel obviously haven't played together before either.  It's not as if Swansea won't put pressure on us at some point in the game especially at the Liberty so the defence needs to be on song.

I think Moses is an astute signing and will give us a bit of a physical presence at the top end.

If we go ahead I'll expect us to take 3 points and I'm hoping we will with Swansea playing in Europe.  If Swansea get change out of our defence early on we could be in for a long night, they're a hard team to stop if you let them get their confidence up and start knocking it around.

1-2 LFC!

Been reading a few things. BR rates Moses quite highly as a striker. Might see it tonight.

Not sure on Wisdom, unfamiliar CB pairing as well so we might be nervous at the back. Wasn't expecting Moses and Sturridge after everything that's been getting reported, excited to see what that attack brings. 2:0 YOU REDS!
