I actually think Henderson hasn't been as bad as our 2 other midfielders. I think that says enough about what I think of our midfield at the moment.

I actually think Henderson hasn't been as bad as our 2 other midfielders. I think that says enough about what I think of our midfield at the moment.

It would seem on this forum at least that Steven Gerrard is immune to criticism.

In every game Joe Allen has played (that i've seen), the opposition has brushed him aside, and he loses the ball quite easily,  Needs to toughen up, as they all do I suppose, and get back at these tottenham lot.

If the coat fits (which it does). You're probably right though, Fenway Sports Group are not using us a cash cow like Hicks and Gillett, for we're a mid-table team and probably don't generate as much money as we did when we were riding high in the CL.

Even Pablo Hernandez doesn't get shoved off the ball as much as Allen does. Allen should take note of Jose Enrique and bulk up at the gym.

It seems Spurs are playing us at our own game, of keep the ball and pass it around to really wind up and tire the opposition.

No i was thinking more of replacing the whole of midfield, at left back I'd play one of our youngsters, can't be any worse than Downing, nothing can be worse than Downing, except maybe Henderson.

Why oh why is Rodgers playing these 2 @rseclowns, I had such respect for Brendan when he started the season not playing them.
