I heard a small rumor that Steve Clarke might be on his way out

jesus. that's the last thing we need. for all our deficiencies going forward, clarke has done a great job with the defence. only city and united have conceded less goals than us.

Wow that just made no sense, on one hand you say we are great, and players gelling, what games have you been watching btw, then on the other you say our midfield and attack, both assembled by Kenny are the problem. make your mind up please, at least within the same post.

The answer is that we have become an extremely average team, managed by an extremely average manager and unless both these problems are addressed we will remain a mid-table average team.

Will you stop supporting if we stay the way we are?

No I won't stop supporting but i will lose quite a bit of interest, as I suspect many of the fans worldwide will, which in turn will mean less money coming in, cementing us as a midtable team until we get bought out by someone with more brains than sense.
I've supported this team for a lot of years now, with very little to show for it compared with friends who support Man Utd adn Arsenal. If I am as fickkle as some sugest why am I still one of the most active posters on this forum?

Heimdal speaks the truth. Liverpool will lose out and slowly but surely end up just another Aston V or West Ham. Everything about Liverpool and it's staff smell mid table. Also I can sense a certain acceptance about the situation and the downfall. Many sounds not too disheartened or dissatisfied about it all. In three years time finishing 8th might be considered a fantastic season.

Heimdal speaks the truth. Liverpool will lose out and slowly but surely end up just another Aston V or West Ham. Everything about Liverpool and it's staff smell mid table. Also I can sense a certain acceptance about the situation and the downfall. Many sounds not too disheartened or dissatisfied about it all. In three years time finishing 8th might be considered a fantastic season.

Of course things happen and power shifts. Look at everton, blackburn and villa. But I can guarantee that next season we will do better. Its written in the stars
